Return & Refund Policy

Returns must be requested by contacting our support team at furmist@hotmail.com before sending any item back.

Our support team will review your request and provide the return instructions and return address by email once your request has been approved.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
